RACE 1 - RED TORI (3) only narrowly missed at Pinjarra last start and should be fitter for that effort. Now out to this trip where she was very effective in her first campaign. Wide draw is a little niggle, but she has plenty of quality and is expected to get back to her best third-up. LINDEN'S GOLD (1) was just fair first-up over 1200m here but that was Saturday grade. Back to an easier race this time and the claim of Derrick comes in handy. Should get every chance from the inside draw. WATCH ME ROCK (5) returned in good order despite going under as favourite first-up and looks ready to go to another level now. Big tick with Pike remaining in the saddle and while he can get back in his races, he can be storming home late in the piece. FIVE DOWN (2) returned in good order and can build on that effort today. 1400m was his best trip last campaign. DIAMOND LIGHT (7) won well when leading throughout last start and warrants respect.

RACE 2 - HERE FOR CHEQUES (1) bumped into a red-hot race first-up when beaten 3.5L. Three winners have come out of that race from 4 starters, and he should appreciate the rise in trip second-up. Races well at this track and trip and improvement is expected now. The one to beat. SUPER ROMANI (2) hit the line nicely in his recent trial after a 84 day freshen. The mile may be a touch on the sharp side, but he is a winner over the trip previously and he is fresh coming into this. Parnham sticks from the trial and he won't be far away. MY FURY (3) scored a big win over the mile at Pinjarra, sitting just off the leaders and putting them to the sword. Maps for a similar run this time and he rates highly off that effort. Can repeat the dose. CELEBRITY WITNESS (6) was no match for the winner at this track and trip last time out but this is an easier race. Include. JUSTAMIDDY (8) comes through the same race and is not to be discounted.

RACE 3 - LOST CITY (4) resumes with an undefeated record and the form coming out from behind her last campaign stacked up well. Fitter for a recent trial and the fact Pike is booked first-up suggests she's ready to go. Showed plenty of ability in her debut campaign and can go on with the job. JAZ SESSION (3) is rocketing through the grades this time in, leading all the way to score down the straight at Pinjarra last time out. She should be close to the speed again from a favourable alley and if she continues to improve on her current trajectory, she'll take plenty of beating. KRYSANOVA (1) has bumped into a couple of smart ones her last two efforts and should be at her top now. Rates well off the runs this time in and she'll find this easier than her recent starts. Should make her presence felt. BORN AND BREAD (5) just missed down the Pinjarra straight last start and won't be far away again. SYMPHONY IN RED (8) can be thereabouts first-up.

RACE 4 - OCEAN OUTLAW (2) just missed at Pinjarra last start when rattling home from the rear, beaten just 0.6L. That was a strong race and the effort holds up well in this field. Can improve again now third-up and while he's likely to be back in the run, he has the ability to storm over the top of them late. LIFEISBUTADREAM (11) has trialled nicely since his debut effort 176 days ago. Pike wasn't on board for the recent trials, but he's been booked to ride the Filly which is worth noting. Expecting to see an improvement on what she did on debut. MAXINE'S WISH (6) will be fitter for one trial coming into this. She was placed 3/4 in her debut campaign and looks to be knocking on the door of her maiden victory. Should be in the finish. OSCAR CHARLIE (3) has trialled well since arriving in the west and his last start proved a strong form race. Has claims. INCANDESCENT LADY (5) looks best of the rest.

RACE 5 - CITINO (2) stormed home over the top of his rivals to win impressively over a mile at Pinjarra and the rise in trip doesn't appear an issue. He was competitive in tougher company prior to his last start win and he can continue to work through the grades. BEAU TALK (1) led them up at Pinjarra and held on to score by 0.3L. He rises in trip for the first time, but the form out of his last start has been superb and Pike now takes the ride. Sure to be hard to catch once again. SELBY PARK (3) was only fair on the quick turnaround last Thursday and is again on the back up. Can be a touch closer from a better draw today and can be in the finish on recent efforts. KNOCKONEBACK (4) is also on the back up from last week where he finished behind Selby Park. Won't be far away.

RACE 6 - BELLE JOURNEE (6) wasn't far away in a tougher event last time out, beaten 2.8L in a Cl5 at Pinjarra. She was a narrow winner at this trip two back and now gets Pike in the saddle from an inside alley. The one to beat if she can run up to that figure from two starts ago. MAJOR MARIO (1) looks a progressive gelding who was a good winner at Pinjarra 13 days ago, scoring by 0.4L. He's building an impressive record and he still looks to have improvement to come. Can continue to work through the grades. THE CHIEF JUSTICE (5) returned with a good effort over 1100m at Geraldton and steps straight out to this trip now. He is a winner second-up in the past and if he can build on what he did first-up, he'll be right in the finish. LIEUTENANT DUNBAR (3) is better than he showed last time out and is on the quick turnaround today. Big tick with Parnham taking the ride and he can be right in the finish. TRULY AWESOME (8) has claims on recent efforts.

RACE 7 - ALWAYS AWESOME (2) has been racing in much tougher company his past couple and should enjoy the drop back to midweek grade. He maps to get every chance under Turner and he has multiple efforts this campaign that are up to winning this. He's the one to beat. ELBOW LOUNGE (1) should be ready to peak now third-up after a strong effort at Pinjarra most recently. Where he gets to from the draw is the question, but he's laid down a great platform to run a new peak in this. Appears the main danger. CHER (6) has been just fair this time in but looks to have found her race today. 21 days between runs seems ideal and her best figures are good enough to be winning this. Should be right in the finish. GOOD VIBES (8) can improve on what she showed at Pinjarra last time out.
