RACE 1 - I'LLTELLYOUGO (4) finished runner-up on debut and then won her next 2 starts before going for a spell. She resumes with a couple of trials under her belt, winning the latest of those by a whopping 7.5 lengths. She benefits from a 3-kilo claim and is the one to beat fresh up. SILVER GLITTER (2) has won 2 of her 3 starts this prep and could have the fitness edge over the top pick. She can secure the run of the race from the pole position and will definitely be in the fight to the line here. DUBIOUS AUTHORITY (6) won her only public trial before leading all the way to score on debut at Mackay last December. Justin P Stanley keeps the ride fresh up and she can't be totally ruled out of winning again. THAT'S IT (1) showed plenty of potential in his initial prep and will be even better in this campaign. He has to give weight to some handy fillies but should still give a good account of himself fresh up.

RACE 2 - CENTRAL PARK (5) went close to winning last prep when trained further South and is making his North Queensland debut for a new trainer fresh up in this. He looks very well placed and his first win is not far away. A market watch is advised. PELSAERT (2) was placed on this track at his last run before going for a spell and did progress nicely in his first prep for Janel Ryan. The blinkers are back on for his resuming run and he is capable of breaking through in this. ENUFF STOP IT (7) has held her improving form since switching stables 2 starts back. She is likely to race close to the pace and should be right in the finish again. FAIRYBOWER FLYER (8) has been a long-time maiden who is racing her way into full fitness. A repeat of her last start effort for second would have her about the money in this. Include in all combinations.

RACE 3 - MISS SEATTLE (3) put up a game run off a bad draw when finishing fourth here nearly 4 weeks ago. She rises in class but has 7 kilos less to carry this time and from a superior gate, she will be hard to hold out this time. SUCH A WHIT (4) has needed both of his starts back from a spell and the extra furlong third up is ideal. He too drops in weight and is ready to put his best hoof forward. Each-way. SIREN ROCK (2) is back with her original trainer after 3 runs in the city at a much tougher level. He loves it here and a brief freshen-up would have done him no harm. He has the pole position and is nicely poised to strike some worthwhile form. ACROBATIC (1) is having his third start for the Chelsea Jokic stable and will be suited by the step up to 1400 metres. Include in all combinations.

RACE 4 - SPECIALTIE (4) did not kick on as favourite last time out on this track after making all the early running and was fairly weak in the run to the line that day. He is back up to a mile and has enough pace to cross and find the front should his hoop choose to do that. He is good enough to bounce back into the money immediately. Follow your money. FOUR MILE LANE (2) showed a lot of improvement from his fresh-up run here by finishing second at Cairns last start when trying to lead all the way. He will be peaking third up and slides down a class this time so with some luck from a wide gate, he should be hard to beat. EMATHION (9) should be at his peak fitness now and an improved showing can be expected. Each-way. FROM THIS MOMENT (8) steps up to her preferred distance this time. Has a decent second up record. Winning claims if anywhere near her best.

RACE 5 - IRISH MAUDIE (10) is resuming from a spell and has since changed stables. She should find things more to her liking around this area and does normally come to hand quickly. Each-way value and a market watch is advised. ZI WIN (6) was a beaten favourite fresh up at Cairns and then made amends when scoring there 8 days ago by a head in a tough performance. He will be even better third up and another win would be no surprise. BEAUTY BOOM (1) has been thereabouts in his last 2 starts on this course and should again be about the money with the benefit of a 3-kilo claim. Include in all combinations.

RACE 6 - TRACK TALE (1) is getting close to another win after finishing runner-up at Rockhampton last time out in a 100K contest. She will be peaking her fitness third up and is reunited with Ryan Wiggins who has been aboard for 3 of her 5 career wins. The blinkers are on for the first time and she will be very hard to hold out. CRAICARO (7) has been hitting the line strongly in her last couple of starts over 1000 metres on this track, the most recent of those just a week ago when finishing third. The extra furlong is ideal and from a handy gate, she is the main danger to the top pick. CATALINA DREAMING (9) has come home with a rush in her last 2 starts after posting an all-the-way win fresh up. She has options from her good draw and must be respected. Each-way. BEAU RAIN (2) closed off nicely when beaten 1.1 lengths last time here. Can contest for a place.

RACE 7 - CHILLI JAM (16) has won all 4 of her starts since making the move from Victoria and on each occasion her rivals have finished no closer than 2 lengths to her at the end of the race. This is another step up in class but she drops in weight and can win again. CRYSTAL CHIEF (1) made a winning North Queensland debut for his new trainer here just over 2 weeks ago and is normally just as sharp second-up. He has performed well in good company when trained in NSW and with the benefit of a 3-kilo claim, he should be hard to beat again in a very competitive lineup. DOLLSON (9) was well beaten as favourite last time out at a Maxwelton picnic meeting but did fight on to hold second place, albeit 8 lengths from the winner. He was a brave winner here before that and has sound first-four claims again. BOHO BEAUTY (7) was a last scratching just over a week ago and has trialled up nicely since then. She is a very handy mare on her day and bears close watching in this, especially if the money comes.
