RACE 1 - MANZOR MAGIC (2) is in a top metro yard and just missed at Bunbury first-up and then lifted to this distance range at Ascot third-up beaten less than 2L. He gives away starts but this is easier and he is in light with the 4kg claim. DEVILS I (4) has been racing well without winning. He's also in good hands and is ready for the longer journey. The 2kg claim is handy. CANDLELIGHT SHERIF (1) is knocking on the door and is on a 7-day return. This suits and he's also a winning chance. ZAMBEEZEE GOLD (5) spiked her figures when narrowly beaten at York over 1500m. The 1900m should be right up her alley.

RACE 2 - BRAVE SHOT (1) resumes for a top metro barn with a 4kg claim. He raced okay in stronger Maidens his last campaign and owns a sharp Lark Hill trial. He can come back further improved and should be hard to beat. RUBICK DELIGHT (6) resumes for the new barn and has the best figures albeit recorded over longer trips. She may be presented more forward this preparation and will be a player if she is. PERCUSSION PRINCE (2) resumed in a strong form race at Scarpside and was never in the picture jumping from an awkward barrier. He'd trialled well at Belmont prior and in easier company can make quick improvement. ABSOLUTE WEAPON (4) resumes and wasn't far away here on debut. Draws to advantage and has ZJP's handy 2kg claim. Will be naturally improved and has to be kept safe.

RACE 3 - GOOD VIBES (4) just missed at Bunbury first-up and has raced well at Ascot the two since in much stronger. She should have no trouble skipping over to the speed and will present at peak fitness. She's going to take plenty of beating. THE GOOD HARV (2) debuts for a leading metro barn and owns a Lark Hill trial win over 900m. Has a handy draw and only has to bring that form to race day to threaten. SHOOTING KONTIKI (1) has been narrowly beaten at Albany his last two and arrives here on a 5-day return. The 4kg claim brings him right into it. DISCO KICKS (6) is also in strong metro hands and can build on her solid debut at York. She's been well-trialled and keeps the 2kg claim.

RACE 4 - STAR POWER (2) resumed in good order at Scarpside and then won her Maiden at Albany as expected and that stacks right up. The rail should advantage and she will have come on. The form stacks up in this line-up. BERRY BERRY GOOD (3) won this grade at York easily running his best race. Maps for the run of the race and is still well-placed. A repeat effort wouldn't surprise. WORK HOME FRONT (7) missed a nose behind the above building on the near miss here. She runs along and will take pegging back. OUR GIRL BORAM (1) was plain in stronger at Mt Barker but won here three back and was good the one after. Has ZJP's 2kg claim and can get back on track.

RACE 5 - MANTELLI (2) has been narrowly beaten three times in better class and gets his chance at country level with the handy 2kg claim. PALAGGIO (3) is a former Victorian who didn't fire his brief first preparation for the new stable. Brought strong Vic provincial form to those and resumes with a small claim and the blinkers first-time applied. He's trialled twice and the betting will indicate if he's back on track. MRS KANGAROO (9) runs along and always puts in. The 1100m is probably as far as she wants but she's on the quick backup and will use the low barrier. SAFETY BAY (1) resumed for the new yard in a Geraldton 70 and needed the outing. She's raced well in better city grade and goes second up. Draws well with a 2kg claim and quick improvement won't shock.

RACE 6 - JANNY (3) resumes for a top metro barn and was tried at Stakes level before the spell. The form prior more than stacks up and she's trialled sharply at Lark Hill for her return. Uses the rail and is thrown in with the 4kg claim. PRETTY DEVINE (2) just missed at Belmont before the spell and presents third-up today and can show more like that form. HAFEY (1) has been racing in better grade and wasn't too far away at Bunbury last time. In the mix at an each-way quote. REAL SENOR (4) finished off strongly when beaten a neck last time at York. He's also in the mix.

RACE 7 - BE AWESOME (5) is another decent winning chance for the Cooper-Williams linkage. He improved again beaten less than 2L at Ascot and this is easier. Has the blinkers first-time applied and dropping back to 1900m won't be an issue. In light and should take beating. MONEY FOR OLD ROPE (2) raced over this trip at York and missed a whisker as a well-bet favourite. Maps for the run of the race and is a threat. BEERMULLAH (8) rates well off two near misses at Ascot and Pinjarra. Rode the speed the latest and the rail should suit. He's also a chance. DESERT PETARD (4) folded up from the speed at Ascot and best to go on the nose defeat at Geraldton prior over a mile. He will give a sight back to this level.

RACE 8 - Tough. FEDERATION ROCKS (6) has been racing in better in town and gives every indication the longer trip will suit. Has switched barns on a 15-day return and the extra gear comes off. FLOAT OUR BOAT (5) races forward and folded up last time at Scarpside. Had been racing well prior and the shorter trip suits. Won't find this as tough and draws to get every advantage. LUCKY HEART (2) deserved the CL3 win at Pinjarra and has been outgraded at Ascot the two since. He can make the finish with average luck in the run. DELTA ANNE (10) always puts in and found a place at York. Tipping she will run out the extra metres.
