RACE 1 - EIGHT ON THE DOT (1) was an easy Oakbank winner this trip/grade and was then outgraded in the G3 Lord Reims Stakes over 2600m. Gets in well with the 3kg claim and can bounce back. CHOSEN MISS (5) raced favourite in a CL1 at Strathalbyn but was beaten 2.2L by Hostess Susie. Gets a weight swing on that galloper and with Crowther sticking is worth another chance. HOSTESS SUSIE (3) turned the form around in that contest and will get every chance to repeat the dose. PLAISIR (2) would have claims at best but has been struggling.

RACE 2 - GOTTA GO GURU (9) settled rearward off a wide gate at The Parks on debut and did a sterling job to be beaten just 2.4L. Has a decent barrier today and Holder goes aboard. She will have come on and the longer sprint should be ideal. DOUBLE YOU OWE (1) missed a nose at The Bridge on debut and followed with a solid 2L defeat at Gawler with the riding tactics questioned. Presents on a 7-day return and with the extra fitness is a genuine hope. FAST BUBBLES (5) finished it off well placing here first-up 30 days ago and has had a trial since. Fitter and is showing enough to consider. SNIPERS NIGHTMARE (4) has ability but has looked in need of the two runs back. He has won a Gawler trial since last seen and has some gear tweaks. No surprise to see him go a lot better.

RACE 3 - OAKLAND RAIDER (6) was expected to win at The Bridge first up and just missed. Followed that with a close-up effort at The Parks over this distance. He led in that and he's sure to use the inside gate. In good hands and fitter finds a winnable assignment. TOI ET MOI (14) switched from a top Victorian barn and needed her outing at The Parks first-up. Her Victorian figures are superior to those recorded thus far by the locals and Crowther is a key jockey switch replacing the 3kg apprentice. Quick improvement is anticipated. ENDLESS FAITH (9) was first up and placed ahead of Oakland Raider at The Parks. She's sharply improved but has an awkward barrier to manage today. She gets in light with Lloyd's 3kg claim and is a player if things go her way. HEBRINGS CASH (4) is in a top barn and can improve with the two runs under the saddle. Pannell goes aboard today replacing Crowther.

RACE 4 - ZUFASTA (3) finally draws a low alley. He was narrowly beaten at Oakback after settling a long way back and followed with a solid effort in town in better class. Wins at best and the 4kg claim brings him right into it. BELLALIQUE (2) resumes for a top barn and goes fresh. She also has a 4kg claimer aboard and she's likely to pose a threat. UTAH JOE (6) has been narrowly beaten at Oakback at his last two starts and the honest galloper goes well here. FRENCH ROCK (5) turned the form around when beaten a nose at Port Lincoln. The veteran has been freshened and will be around the mark at a price holding that level of performance.

RACE 5 - Competitive. Stokes-trained CHAMBERS BAY (1) resumed in good order at The Parks and will be better for it. He can use the rail and Pannell stays aboard. He has more to give and this is winnable. TRES BELLE (4) is proving hard to catch but she's been racing in stronger in town and her latest outing was a decent effort from a wide barrier. Definite winning claims. SUPER ALANA (5) is racing well and there was only a nose in it at Strathalbyn 2 weeks ago. Has a small claim and an advantageous barrier and will get every chance to go one better. BONSA BIG BOY (3) posted a good figure winning his Maiden here and then started at long odds at Gawler off a wide barrier and raced accordingly. The speedy galloper comes back to a sprint and should be in it a long way at good odds.

RACE 6 - Competitive. VERZENAY (7) is in good hands and has threatened all preparation. She's been drawing outside gates and can sit closer today from the handy barrier. Keeps the handy 3kg claim and that brings her right into it. PEACEMAKER (3) is proving hard to catch but has the ability and finally has a decent draw. He was well supported at Strathalbyn last time finishing just behind the above when giving away a big start. His effort three back at The Parks in a 66 would have him right in it. Each-way. TALES OF CONFLICT (2) was beaten 1L at Gawler and keeps the 3kg claim on a 7-day return. Gives away starts but is a hope. FOX D'OR (4) has been racing well without winning. He was okay in much stronger in town last time and coming back to the mile shouldn't be a bother. In The mix.

RACE 7 - Another competitive race. THE GREY KING (3) resumes for a leading stable and his best is good enough. He didn't come up in stronger races last preparation but showed plenty the start prior. Has the early speed to manage the awkward barrier and Crowther sticking aboard is a positive. KUBLAI (5) brings a lip defeat from Port Lincoln and that form will stack up. He will run along out of the rails gate and is sure to give a sight. CHIARO (1) led and won a Maiden at Oakbank and has been outgraded his two runs since. He can use the low gate and go a lot better. KNICKPOINT (4) has switched from a NSW yard on a 32-day return. Has pieces of form that would see him very competitive. Keep onside.
