RACE 1 - JEWEL DE LUNE (10) finds the maiden win elusive but it certainly hasn't been without trying, placing in 5/8 starts. Continued the trend last time out when runner-up over 1800m at Murray Bridge after she was prominent throughout. Ideally placed and only needs to hold her form to be very competitive again. TALL LETTER (7) gave backers a sight last start at Balaklava, only to be claimed close to the line. Similar effort sees him in the thick of it. CAMBERWOOD (1) will find this easier. Not without claims.

RACE 2 - ALAINGE (3) is a Sir Prancealot filly stepping out for the Padman stable. Has impressed in her lead up work and is aided at the weights with the 1.5kg claimer engaged. Bright start anticipated. THE BULL MCCABE (1) finds it hard to break the ice. Was well below his best at the latest but has produced efforts prior that would see him be very competitive this time. Gets in well at the weights with the 3kg claimer piloting. Worth another chance. RUSCHEYNE (4) started the campaign in nice style but has struggled to go on with it in his last two. Keep safe.

RACE 3 - VAMPIRE SLAYER (4) showed good early muster and fought on gamely to hold down a minor placing last start at Gawler. Not much tougher this time and is one of the key players. EVENTUALLY (2) was well below her best fresh. Willing to forgive on best efforts with sharp improvement anticipated. FAMOUS KNIGHT (3) scored a dominant victory at Port Augusta over 1100m at his last run before heading for a break. Has been readied for this with two soft trials. Can pick up where he left off.

RACE 4 - AMBELLO (2) has found the maiden win elusive but it certainly hasn't been through a lack of effort. Well placed again and gets another great chance to break the ice. WINNING AURA (10) resumes and makes his stable debut for Gary Boyce. Put together two solid efforts in his debut prep. A bright return to the track won't shock. Apparent race depth looks to taper off thereafter. AU NATUREL (15), EIGHT ON THE DOT (5) and HISWAY (6) shape as the each way hopefuls.

RACE 5 - PRANCING IBIS (7) doesn't win out of turn but has shown enough in her last two to suggest she's ready to land a winning blow. This doesn't look as hard so she is likely to play a big role. ETEREA (3) is building towards a win with placings at her last two runs. Comes down a level this time. Should be involved in the finish. KACIGA (4) was no match for the tearaway winner at the latest after being sent out public elect. Added fitness has her improving and capable of going one better. OFF THE CUFF (8) best of the rest.

RACE 6 - EXCELMAN (1) will find this a lot easier after finishing seventh last start in the Listed John Letts Cup. Hasn't won for a long time but his best has a bit on these. WHEELS (2) was no match for a smart winner in a similar grade last start but still managed to hold down a minor placing. Has built nicely into this prep and it's worth noting Jason Holder goes aboard. Finds a suitable race and can get the job done. DAZZLING PROSPECT (8) has seen plenty of market support of late. Hasn't been able to live up to it in his last two but gets weight relief and rates highly one best efforts. Nicely placed to turn things around. WHISKEY 'N' WOMEN (3) was an eye-catching winner fresh at Murray Bridge but hasn't gone on with it of yet. Keep safe.

RACE 7 - COMMANDO MISS (16) has been thereabouts this prep but just struggles to land the winning blow. Will appreciate the slight class drop. Ready to strike through. FINAL CHANCE (2) has hit a small purple of patch of form of late, adding another win to the tally last start. Is a three time winner at this track and has winning hoop Dom Tourneur piloting again. Sure to be giving this a big shake. MR WHITACRE (5) continues to knock on the door. Has been a long time between drinks for this seven-year-old but shoulders best figures that measure up. In the mix. CHARLESFORT (15) strips fitter with three runs under his belt this time in and warrants some thought.
