RACE 1 - CARARADA (2) finds the maiden win elusive but it certainly hasn't been without trying, placing in 7/13 starts. Rates highly on best figures and is sure to run well again. Ready to shed the tag. JAZZ AFFAIR (7) ran below expectations at the latest when always well back. Came close in his start prior to getting off the mark. The booking of leading hoop Jake Toeroek is a big push for his chances. Nicely placed to make amends. LILLA BJELLE (8) stuck on gamely into the placings at Mildura when resuming off a long break. Will trim down second-up. Can play a role in the finish. ICONIC JEWEL (5) settled well back but hit the line well to finish fifth, only beaten 2L here last time. Well placed and is among the chances.

RACE 2 - KARAKA KIWI (6) was an eye-catcher at the latest when resuming with a barnstorming finish to narrowly miss on the Parks surface. No tougher this time and is sure to have come on with that run under his belt. Will take plenty of stopping. FIRST TOSEN (3) progressed nicely second up at Gawler when lengthening nicely to narrowly miss the winner. Strips fitter but has a wide gate to overcome. CHIARO (2) wasn't beaten far here last start despite finishing out of the placings. Knocking on the door but will need some luck from the gate. HOT OFF (12) is building to a big performance. The booking of hot-hand hoop Jake Toeroek is a big push for his chances. Ready to make an impact.

RACE 3 - SAN LUCIDO (6) settled towards the tail then wound up strongly to finish in the frame when resuming last start at Morphettville. No tougher this time and is sure to be running on late again. AMBELLO (2) is close to breaking through after finishing third last start at Gawler when he was prominent throughout. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. REVOLUTION BELLE (11) was unlucky not to get off the mark here last time out when beaten a head. Drawn well again and is sure to be making her presence felt. MISS VIGNETTE (9) came close to breaking the ice two back but was less impressive in her next start. Wide alley to overcome but is worth thought on best efforts

RACE 4 - DON'T DISMISS (6) continued the good recent form when he finished less than a length away from the winner at Gawler. Should camp just off the leaders. Solid claims on best form. LEADER'S PRIDE (5) improved sharply at the latest when saluting over a similar trip at Gawler. Nicely placed and there's no reason he can't repeat the dose. POINTLESS PRAISE (1) found it a bridge too far last start in town. Will find this easier and is cable of atoning. COVERED CALL (4) showed good early speed and led throughout to score by a head at the latest. Sure to take some catching again if similar tactics are applied.

RACE 5 - THE GREY KING (3) is ready to make his return after enjoying a successful debut campaign, scoring in his last start before heading to the paddock. Strips fitter for a recent trial placing. Leading player. LAKE AGAWAM (1) was safely held at the latest when below his best on the Parks track. That followed a win at the previous outing. Finds the right race this time and can bounce straight back. ROXY BLUE (5) stuck on soundly into fourth when resuming at the latest. No tougher this time and gets weight relief with the 3kg claimer piloting. No reason she can't get the job done. SPLISH SPLASH (9) showed good early dash and stalked the pace last start before drawing clear to score nicely at Balaklava. Tougher this time but is open to further improvement and warrants serious consideration.

RACE 6 - HEADPHONES (2) tackled city class latest and was far from disgraced when falling just shy of the frame in fourth. Will find this easier than last start. Among the leading chances in this company. PIVOTAL FORCE (7) continues to knock on the door but just struggles to land the winning blow. Justin Potter gets the best out of this eight-year-old gelding. Rates highly on best efforts and is a big threat. LORD MORTON (9) has found the line nicely in both runs back but hasn't been able to pay the punters. Cherry-rip now. Bold showing anticipated. MY MALOO (3) wasn't able to bring up the hat-trick last start but is going well enough to play a role in the finish.

RACE 7 - PETERZANO (4) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out when finishing fourth here. Strips fitter and is ready to win again. SEPORIA (8) progressed nicely last start in town when finishing a lot closer to the winner. Won't find this as tough and is cherry-ripe now. SASSY ANGEL (2) settled well back from a wide draw last time then wound up strongly to finish midfield. Was out-dashed but got going late and the longer journey looks ideal. Expected to prove tough to stop. KACIGA (3) is a likely improver with a run under her belt. Next best.

RACE 8 - PILLOW GUY (4) bounced straight back to form last start but found one better here, beaten narrowly. Shoulders a handy record here and is drawn favourably. Only needs to hold his form to be very competitive. CHOSEN MISS (5) will strip fitter for this after running below expectations first-up at Morphettville. Better placed this time and expected to play a major role. COMMANDO MISS (7) wasn't beaten far last start at Gawler despite finishing seventh. Open to further improvement at this stage of the prep as she steps out to a favoured trip. Among the key contenders. BIGNOTA (13) has suffered two narrow defeats on end. Drawn much kinder this time. Could prove tough to reel in for his rivals.
