RACE 1 - TERRITORY EXPRESS (5) progressive gelding starting to show his true potential. Won in good style two back at Newcastle over the mile, then came from near last on the turn when a fast finishing third over 1600m at this track in Bm78 grade on October 28. Extra trip suits and Jason Collett stays aboard. Hard to hold out. PANDANO (1) tough old gelding who was taken to the front when a gritty fourth over 1600m in the Big Dance Qualifier at this track on October 21. This is easier and a repeat showing can see him figure strongly. XTRAREVZ (3) two runs back have been full of merit after contesting the Rough Habit and Queensland Derby last time in. Motored late from the wide gate when third last start over 1400m at this track on October 21. Fitter now and just needs luck from the gate. STATE OF AMERICA (8) has shown promise this time in but needs everything to go right in his races. Since fitted with a 1030m trial and not to be underestimated.

RACE 2 - Group 3 placegetter EMPEROR (2) resumes today with a good record at this track and trip. Came to the end of his prep when had to work hard from the wide gate finishing eighth over 1100m at Rosehill on July 1. Two sound trials should see him forward enough for this from the good gate. SMOKESHOW (7) holding form well in Highway company and pay to forgive latest eighth over 1000m at this track when drawing out on September 16. Kept ticking over with a recent 900m trial at Rosehill. Maps well today. CUSTO (4) promising gelding chasing his fourth win from five starts. Resumed from a lengthy break as favourite when a gritty head winner over 900m at Scone on October 16. Fitter now and looks a genuine contender. LIMITED REALITY (9) next best.

RACE 3 - Group 3 placegetter QUICK TEMPO (4) is fitter now and races best with his runs spaced. Even run when a plugging eighth over 1100m at Rosehill on September 9. Since fitted with a recent trial and can finish over the top of these with the good tempo. IOWNA MERC (5) consistent sprinter resuming after a four-month layoff. Has excellent fresh figures and best form is over this course and distance. Had plenty up the sleeve when a good trial winner over 900m at Rosehill on October 27. Serious player. MAXIMUM OUTPUT (7) is a Sunshine Coast-trained sprinter with a good record. Carries the big weights well and gets every chance from the inside gate. ACAPPELLA SUN (9) resumes from a spell of three-and-a-half months and is expected to have strengthened over the break. Went through her grades quickly last time in and forward showing expected today.

RACE 4 - NINGALOO STAR (6) hard fit for this and is due for a change of luck. Found the line well from the wide gate when a tenacious long neck fourth over 1100m at this track on October 28. Maps well and no excuses with the claim from the soft draw. POWER OF THE BRAVE (3) fitter after two runs back and has a tidy win record. Sat on the speed with the 59.5kg when a fighting third over 1400m at Randwick Kensington on October 18. This is easier and expected to figure prominently. FAIRWAY STAR (2) has come back in good order winning well first up, and then collared late when fifth over 1400m at Randwick Kensington in Bm72 company on October 25. Fitter now and looks solid each-way value. SLY BOOTS (7) was a handy fresh winner and is open to improvement. Worth good thought.

RACE 5 - WICKLOW (4) looks placed to advantage with the 55.5kg and has a solid second-up record. Taken back from the wide gate when resumed with an even third over 1600m at this track on October 21. Will relish the good early tempo and can finish over the top of these. IKNOWASTAR (8) is racing in career-best form and chasing his fifth straight victory. Taken to the front and extended the margin in the straight when a dominant 1.5 len winner over 1550m at Randwick Kensington on October 18. More pressure here but racing too well to dismiss. WATEGOS (13) tough gelding racing in a rich vein of form. Tired late after having to work hard early when eighth over 1500m in the Five Diamonds Prelude at this track on October 21. Nice weight drop and can take a hand in the finish. Multiple Group 2 winner CEPHEUS (1) is another racing in career-best form who carries the big weights well. Showed plenty of grit winning the Alan Brown Stakes over 1400m at Rosehill a month ago. Gets every chance from the draw.

RACE 6 - CAVALIER CHARLES (4) handy type who looks ready to peak third-up. Big run from the outside gate when motored late to finish fourth over 1200m in the Kosciuszko at this track on October 14. Extra trip suits and looks a genuine top-three contender. BODY BOB (7) tough on-pace gelding going nicely through his grades. Comes out of a strong form race after being mowed down late by SEQUESTERED over 1400m at this track on October 14. Will go forward again and take plenty of catching with the weight drop. I'VE BEAN TRYIN' (9) good record this track and trip and another who was beaten by the wide gate when motored late to finish fifth over 1200m in The Kosciuszko at this track. Second up record is impressive, but once again the wide gate is no help. EZEKEIL (12) is a tough Tamworth-trained gelding who ran a much better race second-up when third over 1100m at Coonabarabran on October 22. Has the right figures to win this.

RACE 7 - CINQUE TORRI (13) in form gelding who created a big impression two back when a dominant winner over the mile at Warwick Farm on October 11. Backs-up quickly after coming out of a strong race when fifth to Pervade over this track and trip at latest. Will sit on the speed and take catching from the good gate. EASTERN GLOW (15) consistent gelding looking for the 1600m and should get the right tempo today. Drops sharply in weight after having no luck when eighth over 1400m at this track on October 14. Sure to be strong late and looks good value. COTEHELE (2) smart on his day and near his top for this third-up. Shuffled back from an inside gate when a disappointing tenth over 1500m in the Five Diamonds Prelude at this track on October 21. Rawiller on and expecting a sharp improvement. EAGLEMONT (5) racing well in easier company and brings strong mile form here. Weight drop suits but will need a masterful ride from the wide gate.

RACE 8 - Group 2 placegetter DASHING LEGEND (11) returned from a six-month break with a tough victory carrying the 61.5kg when scoring over 1100m here on October 21. Second-up record is just as good and maps well from the gate. Looks the one to beat. Group 3 winner RECOMMENDATION (10) ran below expectations from the wide draw when sixth in similar grade here over the 1200m on September 30. Kept fresh and undefeated this trip. Looks the main danger. INSURRECTION (9) resumes today after going quickly through his grades over the winter months. Primed for this with two sharp trial wins and just needs luck from the sticky gate. HARD TO SAY (14) hasn't taken a step wrong this prep as he shoots to bring up his fourth consecutive success. Drawn well and has to be considered among the chances.

RACE 9 - Group 3 placegetter LOCH EAGLE (6) looks ready to peak here and the booking of Rawiller from the good gate is a big positive. Forced to cover ground from the sticky draw when a gritty third over 1600m at this track on October 21. Will take plenty of stopping from the gate. Group 3 winner FRUMOS (5) has needed the two runs back to bring her to her top. Drops sharply in grade after finishing eighth over 1600m in the G3 Angst Stakes at this track on October 14. Tempo suits and has the ability to finish over the top of these. DEFICIT (12) resumes after racing without luck over the winter months. This is short of his best but no surprise to see him sprint well with the two solid trials under his belt. Keep safe. ROGUE BEAR (11) next best.

RACE 10 - KA BLING (7) looks well placed today fourth-up after coming out of a very strong race when second to Much Much Better over 1200m at this track on October 21. Maps well again and will take plenty of holding out. MAOTAI (2) has struggled in two runs back this prep but prepared to give another chance with the stable apprentice on today. Kept fresh and sharpened up with a recent trial over 900m on October 27. CAPO STRADA (9) smart on his day and ridden negatively at his last two starts from the wide gates. Rawiller rides today from the soft gate. Will stalk the speed and sharp improvement expected. DYNAMIC IMPACT (6) has hit the line hard in his last two and is expected to be doing much of the same again. Among the key chances.
