Two solid runs since a spell should have talented sprinter Manhood ready to show his best in the final event at Doomben on Saturday.

Annabel Neasham's sprinter hasn't been too far from the placings in both outings this time and races well third up with a win and a placing from two attempts.

Manhood will relish the return to Doomben where he has yet to miss a place and gets the aid of a claim with Bailey Wheeler likely to secure him a good run in transit from a low draw.

Head Of State is another going into Saturday's meeting third up and while a wet track presents a query he offers good each way value.

The Chris Waller-trained gelding turned in a nice effort at the second run of the campaign when placed, narrowly edging Knight's Choice who is early favourite for Saturday's event.

He races well third up and a win looks imminent.
