SEN has released some of its 2026 programming line-up for WA.
Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) has released some of its 2026 programming line-up for Western Australia, headlined by the rebrand of TABradio to SENTurf, following SEN’s recent agreement to acquire the audio broadcasting assets of Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA).
From mid-November the new-look SENTurf will be dedicated to chasing, pacing and racing, while also introducing local sports programming to complement its racing coverage. SENTurf will operate alongside SEN WA and SENTrack 657am, with content available across both platforms to ensure fans have access to the best in racing and sport, wherever they are.
SEN WA Breakfast will run from 6am to 9am AWST, extended to three hours across both SEN WA and SENTurf frequencies. Tim Gossage will continue to front the show, joined by Peter Bell on Mondays and Fridays, and Scott Cummings from Tuesday to Thursday.
Whilst Bell is a new member of the SEN family, he is a name that needs no introduction to SEN’s WA-based audience. The former Fremantle and North Melbourne AFL footballer – who played a total of 345 games across a 14-year career - seamlessly transitioned into broadcasting at the conclusion of his playing days.
Meanwhile, Adam Simpson will join Whateley (with Gerard Whateley) for the Monday Means Test at 8am AWST during the footy season, replacing Nathan Buckley, who has taken up a new Assistant Coach role with Geelong. The Monday Means Test will be heard live on SENTurf and SEN stations across WA. Adam Simpson will also join Scotty & Goss on Thursday mornings.
Gareth Hall - SEN’s most recognised and respected voice in racing - will also front dedicated WA racing content on SENTurf, bringing his deep knowledge and passion for the sport to Western Australian audiences.
Meanwhile, Paul Hasleby has advised the network that he won’t be returning to the SEN airways in 2026, to which SEN CEO, Craig Hutchison, paid tribute to Hasleby’s contribution to the organisation throughout his nearly decade-long tenue.
“Hase has given tremendous service to our network and our WA-based listeners in particular since he joined us in 2017,” Hutchison said. “He will be missed across our breakfast and drive programming, as well as during our AFL Nation calls, and we wish him nothing but the best for whatever it is that he decides to do next.”
Hutchison added that he was excited about the WA-specific programming line-up that would be heard across the SEN WA, SENTrack and SENTurf frequencies from 2026 and beyond.
“We’re thrilled to launch SENTurf and expand our WA programming footprint,” Hutchison continued. “This marks a new era for racing and sports audio in Western Australia, and we’re proud to be delivering a compelling mix of racing and sport programming that reflects the passion of WA audiences."
