RACE 1 - CLASS OF ROYALTY (1) has been threatening and go on the close-up finish at Rockhampton two back over a mile. Races forward and he should go close. AIDENABET (3) just missed at Bowen spiking his figures. Gets a stack of weight relief at this level and just has to hold the form to go close. MEDAL (2) has been plain the last two but rates well. May be worth another chance in this line-up. LIFETIME QUEST (5) may be best of the rest.

RACE 2 - ISLE EIGHT (1) has threatened at Rockhampton her last two and was a short-priced favourite the latest. Has a 2kg claim and can go one better. MASTER RICH (3) was back on track narrowly missing here. Didn't handle the track this trip the one prior and expect him to run it right out today. BANKONAJET (6) finally has a low barrier and goes into the trifecta.

RACE 3 - MISS FARSTAR (2) resumes and has switched from a Brisbane barn. Has been racing in stronger city Maidens and trialled well at Doomben in mid-March. Has a low gate and expect her to be ready to go. CERARED (6) had been threatening and was heavily beaten again last time but found the 800m too short. The 1300m is likely to suit and she can control the race from an inside gate. NAHEIGHTKAY (3) peaks and is going well enough to go into the trifecta. Ditto SNUGGLE BANG YAHOO (8) who hasn't been far away and sits on the limit weight.

RACE 4 - DANCE FOR ME RANDY (2) pulled up with an issue at Eagle Farm and go on the easy Open 2 win here prior. That and the near-miss the one before prior stack right up and Butler will give him every chance from the low barrier. ELECTRIC BRAE (3) posted a strong figure winning on debut and then found Doomben too tough. She will be better for that and is much better suited. No surprise to see a bounce. HEAD HONCHO (1) switched yards and made sharp improvement winning the Maiden comfortably at Townsville. Was heavily bet and Wiggins goes on today and that's a push. Maps for a soft run and fitter can take the next step. MISHANI BURN (6) tries hard and may be best of the others.

RACE 5 - FLAMENCO ROSE (6) won the Maiden here three back and has been going well since. Has a low gate and handy 2kg claim today. Gives every indication the extra metres will suit. TORQUE ESPAGNA (1) has switched barns and two back was beaten 1L over a mile on the Sunshine Coast poly. Wiggins is a key jockey booking suggesting she can bring the form to the turf. PROSPETTIVA (4) got closer placing here last time over this distance. She will get every chance again. ENTERPRISE PHOENIX (5) would be a chance going on the lip defeat at Townsville two back.

RACE 6 - REAL KEY (1) brought good form to resumption beaten 2L in Open grade. He's improved and has a handy 2kg claim. Gets his chance. SABOR (3) resumes for a strong barn and goes fresh. 2x winning rider Butler is reunited and a bold effort is anticipated. KEFALONIA (7) deserved the 60 win before the spell and will be better for the first-up outing. Uses the rail and has a 2kg claim. In the finish at best. LET'S ROLL (12) was tracking well before the latest when he was out of the market. Has weight relief and is in the mix at a price.

RACE 7 - OLIGARCHY (1) accepted in both this and the previous race (winnable) and he will line up here. Won easily this track first up heavily-bet and the longer sprint shouldn't bother. Promising and Butler is a positive jockey booking. Will take beating. NIC ME SOME (2) peaks and has been knocking on the door. The near miss at Rockhampton two back reads well and the 2kg claim brings him right into it. WHAKAMIHARO (5) was a big 50 winner at Monto and has claims if the wide gate is managed. MISS SHALAA (13) peaks and will use the low gate. She's going well enough to include at a price.

RACE 8 - QUEEN ASSASSIN (2) is building an imposing record and was too good this grade here first-up heavily supported. Just missed at Doomben prior and Wiggins is booked today. Fitter and can go right on with it. DR NEIGH (3) resumes off a 70 win here. Has placed 4/5 fresh and can make the finish. CAPTAIN FOX (7) may control the race from the rail. Was beaten 1L behind QUEEN ASSASSIN last time and will take pegging back. COURTESY BUS (6) has been knocking on the door and can secure the run of the race. Well in the mix.
