RACE 1 - Former Victorian HELL (2) is first-up for the new stable but showed more than enough ability down south and is expected to measure up against this lot. Has tuned up for this with a dominant trial win here and looks the one they all have to run down. FLAWLESS AMBITION (3) has had a few chances but has placed one from one around this circuit and will be rock-hard fit for this. Looms as the main danger. CUMIN SPINNER (8) has placed first-up before and may run a race while fresh. RUMBLING BOY (5) best of the rest with the 3kg claim.

RACE 2 - Tricky contest to assess with a few of these at the track for the first time. Of the raced brigade GOOD GIRL POLLY (6) just ran into one better at Toowoomba on debut and will have derived a stack of benefit from that race day experience. Drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley and Zechner sticks in the saddle. Looks very hard to toss. CLUCK (9) made up some ground when third at Mackay on debut and will have come on with that run now under the belt. Should be right in the finish again. ASTRA STAR (2) placed here on debut before being tipped out for time to furnish. Can return in winning order. LITTLE TOWN FLASH (10) is facing the starter for the first time but has shown ability at the trials and any market confidence must be noted.

RACE 3 - MOORABINDA MICK (2) has hit a purple patch of form this time in stringing two wins together on the bounce and is racing with a lot of confidence. Gets plenty of weight relief with the 3kg claim and should be right there when the whips are cracking. SETHLANS (5) is one from one over this course and distance and rarely puts in a poor performance. The step-up in trip should suit and can play a role in the finish. The well-related DIASONIC (1) is the class runner of the field and drawn to get a gun run in transit from the inside alley. Top-three candidate. HOLLYWOOD PARK (3) saves his best form for this mile journey and cannot be discounted.

RACE 4 - YEAH COPY (6) is first-up here but had been plying his trade in much harder company prior to the spell. Has placed one from one over this distance range and happy to have him on top in this affair. TIME TO TURN (9) wasn't disgraced in his first run for the new stable and will have come on since that outing. Drawn to get a cushy run from the low draw and rates among the better hopes. SOMBOR SHUFFLE (8) strips fitter third-up, draws the inside alley and gets in well at the weights with the claim. Ticks a few boxes. ME TIME (4) next best on the back of a runner-up finish at Mackay last time out.

RACE 5 - SHADOW PROJECT (8) is a bit of a hit-or-miss type but does boast a victory around this circuit and will be rock-hard fit for this. Expected to play a major role in the outcome if he brings his A-game. FULMEN (1) got the job done two back before just missing the placings at Mackay at the latest effort. Winning rider Stanley sticks and looks a serious danger. SIR GRACE (3) broke the maiden status here last start and will have taken a stack of confidence from that win. Can go right on with the job now. WHATJEUDOIN' (5) has gotten better with each run this campaign and gets 1.5kg off with the claim. In the mix. JENNI SWENESEE (4) hails from a handy family (half to G2 winner Elusive Express) and cannot be ignored.

RACE 6 - SWEET JINA (8) has a handy record here on her home circuit with a win and two placings from five starts. Gets 2kg off with the claim and should run a race while fresh. PENMAN (4) resumes here but has placed two from two when fresh and is a winner over this track and trip. Must be included. DIVINE SIENNA (13) is a consistent conveyance and finally got the chocolates at the latest effort. Winning hoop Whiteley stays on board and cannot be ignored. CELESTIAL HARBOUR (2) next best from the Geran barn.
