RACE 1 - CHRISTMAS STAR (8) was an odds-on favourite on debut at Wagga back in March and while she had her chance she was close up. Given some time and looks hard to beat in this. SIMPLY SPENDID (5) is a big watch on debut after a close-up fourth in her recent trial. Any support significant. DAICOS (1) can be forgiven for a first-up failure after stepping away slowly and racing wide. Must give him another chance. FLASHY ICON (2) and LERINKA (4) are the other chances.

RACE 2 - FIRE AND GEMSTONE (5) chased hard when runner-up here two starts back then up 500m and had a tough run in stronger company at Goulburn. Nicely drawn and is a good each-way chance. SHELLY'S ACE (7) sat outside the leader and raced away first-up at Cowra for an easy win. Fitter and could repeat the dose. TRIANON (8) gained an inside run and raced clear early in the straight at Moruya to notch a maiden win. Up a grade but at peak and can show up. SELHURST PARK (3) and HEART OF VANCOUVER (1) are in the mix.

RACE 3 - KEN'KER (2) showed some promise last time in and resumed with an even effort at Goulburn in testing ground. Inclined to forgive that as he was in the market. Prime chance for him to break through. FLYING JEWEL (1) was shaping up okay with second and third runs back before a poor effort at Moruya two weeks ago. Claim helps and can improve. KICKAMUSHU (7) ran well at Moruya two starts back then not up to it at Wyong in a stronger maiden. Can wipe that run and include her in the chances. TATIANA EXPRESS (13) and MYSTIC DIVA (9) have place claims.

RACE 4 - DEVINE OUTCAST (7) was a nice winner first-up then far from disgraced when in the inferior ground at Moruya second-up. Claim is a plus and well worth another chance in better going. HIGHBALLER (1) was outclassed at Warwick Farm so overlook that, first-up sound at Nowra with a similar weight. Go well. TARTANA (5) wasn't disgraced last tme out and has found a suitable race. SEBASTIAN'S FLYER (10) and SPRITELY EMILY (8) are also among the chances in an open race.

RACE 5 - CRAFT (2) is closing in on a win after an eye-catching second at Narrandera second-up from a break. Mile suits and draws ideally. Hard to beat. PAUJI POWER (9) showed promise in his first preparation and this trip is what he's looking for fresh. Must be respected. ORDER TO CHARGE (4) won a maiden at Newcastle on a heavy 10 before having his chance at Scone over this trip. Shade easier here. MULVADER (8) and LONDON BELL (3) are worth considering.

RACE 6 - GUNNAHEADOVSKI (2) debuted in a very strong city maiden a year ago and should have finished closer than the two lengths off Pereille. Nice quiet trial and sure to be a major player. MCKENZIE (1) was in the market when resuming at Warwick Farm but faded on heavy ground. Have to respect the starting price from last time and he could lift sharply here. KURRAJONG (8) was sent to Sydney for his trial and he worked home okay from last. Draws well and he stays under notice. ONE SMART COOKIE (4) and TRIPLE HELIX (11) are worth keeping in mind.

RACE 7 - JINSOKU (4) was a dominant maiden winner second-up at Moruya and while up in grade this does look within his reach. Down in weight after the claim and a good chance. FOURCADE (11) ran a nice race at odds when resuming at Moruya and will be fitter. Handy claim and inside draw give him a good show. CHAIRMAN'S LIST (1) is well suited with the claim in this class and on his best can be competitive. SASSY MISSILE (8) and EASY COMPANY (7) are worth thought.
