Maps well and will take plenty of holding out. RINNERO (11) will be at his top for this and brings strong figures today after finishing runner-up over 1100m at Armidale on October 9. Expected to figure prominently. DIZZY DEE (8) is a filly by Dissident out of a Redoute's Choice mare on debut for the Shane Everson yard. Has looked handy in two trials and a forward showing is expected. TALMA I LOVE HER (7) returns today with some handy form. Tired late when fifth over 1200m at Coffs Harbour on August 4. Can run into the minor money from the gate.
RACE 2 - SIR RAVANELLI (3) classy sprinter with a good record at this track and trip. Nice return from the wide gate when seventh at Warwick Farm in Bm72 grade on October 2. Undefeated second-up and should prove too slick for these from the good gate. KIBOSH (5) is experiencing a long win drought but will appreciate the drop in grade today. Back in trip today when seventh over 1600m at Warwick Farm on September 20. Kept fresh for this and look for him late. FORTYFIVE PARKLANE (2) four of his six wins have come at this track and racing in peak form. Sat off the speed from the sticky draw when a slick winner over 1210m at Lismore on September 21. Look for him late. BUFFET BUSTER (7) usually reliable type who ran well below his best last start when ninth over 1280m at Muswellbrook. Rates highly and is among the chances.
RACE 3 - GOLD MERCHANT (2) consistent gelding who looks set to peak fourth up. Ranged up late from last on the turn when a solid fourth over 2000m at Coffs Harbour in Bm58 grade on October 13. Undefeated this track and will take plenty of stopping. MAGIC MIKEY (4) holding form well and has a good record this track. Sent forward and showed plenty of grit when third over 2000m at Warwick on October 14. Gets the right run again and extra distance won't pose a problem. MANOR ROAD (5) is smart when right and has a solid record over this distance range. This is easier and look for him charging late. YEHBUT (11) knocked up late from the wide draw when sixth over 2200m at Dubbo on September 29. Go on sound second two back when assessing his prospects.
RACE 4 - RED COBRA (2) Sebring gelding who finds the right maiden today at start 13. Motored late from last on the turn when a tough second over 1600m at Newcastle on October 10. This is much easier and no excuses today fourth up with the claim. CLENDENNING (7) is finding the breakthrough elusive, go on run three back when third at Coffs Harbour over 1605m. Best figures should see him run well. GAME STAR (8) much better run second up when a plugging fourth over 1550m at Murwillumbah on October 10. Can race closer from the gate and sneak into some minor money. KRISTITHEGREAT (1) was in the money on debut two starts back at Armidale but followed up with a moderate performance when sixth over 1720m at this track last time. Well drawn and in the mix.
RACE 5 - THE YOUNG YEARS (6) finds a fairly weak maiden at start four. Had excuses from the wide gate when seventh last time out over 1250m at Taree on October 6. Two runs prior were sound and expected to go close here. TEMPLE OF GOLD (5) new to this region when a solid favourite before running fourth over 1200m at Murwillumbah on October 10. Extra trip suits and has the figures to take a hand in the finish. ANGRY BET (9) is a well-bred filly by I Am Invincible from Defy The Odds on debut for the Paula Barron stable. Sure to be well-educated and gets every chance from the rails draw. MORE ELEMENTS (7) resumes after a spell of four months. Last appeared when third over 1550m at Murwillumbah on June 25. Looks set for a strong return
RACE 6 - RAZZLE DAZZLE (6) three runs back have been sound and looks hard to hold out here from the good gate. Morgan keeps the ride and her best form is over this trip. SPARKLE MOTION (8) form has been a bit mixed this time in but go on run two back here when fourth over this trip on September 26. Likely improver fourth up. ENTERPRISE LASSIE (1) jumped sharply in trip when a plodding ninth over 2000m at Coffs Harbour on October 13. Drops significantly in distance and can turn things around here. DISCREET LADY (9) was far from disgraced in Highway grade in town at her last two outings and will find this more to her liking. Has won at this track and look for her late.
RACE 7 - ADELAIDE FEVER (8) handy mare from the in-form Dunn stable who looks ready to peak fourth-up. Gets all the favours today from the good gate and has a strong record at this track and trip. SNOW FALCON (9) former Victorian-trained mare now in the care of Shane Everson. Returns from a five-month spell after mixing her form last time in. Market moves should be closely monitored. THE ROCKWELL SCALE (3) usually races well second-up so can improve on his eighth when resuming at Ipswich. GOOD TIMES AGAIN (15) has been thereabouts recently. Drawn well and gets her chance to break through.
