Big test for Day Procedure at Caulfield

Trainer Robert Smerdon says exciting youngster Day Procedure will head to the paddock regardless of tomorrow's performance at Caulfield.

Day Procedure has won two of his first three starts and will line up in the Tattsbet.com Handicap tomorrow.

It looks set to be an impressive two-year-old race with the unbeaten Flamberge and Elite Elle also in the race.

If Day Procedure lives up to his potential tomorrow, he is likely to have short break and come back for some of the big Spring races, otherwise it will be a longer break with a return during the summer months.
