Tasracing and Ladbrokes are again offering a major incentive to target Tasmania's biggest greyhound racing during the 2024/25 Ladbrokes Summer Racing Festival. 

The Ladbrokes Triple Treat Bonus will see a $100,000 bonus paid to the owner/trainer of any greyhound that can win the finals of the Ladbrokes Hobart Thousand (12 December 2024), the Ladbrokes Chase (16 January 2025), and the Ladbrokes Launceston Cup (3 February 2025). 

If one greyhound cannot win all three races, a $25,000 bonus will be paid to the owner/trainer if the same greyhound can win two of the eligible races. 

The last five instalments of the Hobart Thousand have been won by trainers based outside of Tasmania, most recently Crackerjack Bull winning the race in 2023 for Jordan Cooper. 

Nominations for the 2024 Ladbrokes Hobart Thousand close at 10:00 on Thursday, 28 November for greyhounds whose last start was outside of Tasmania.
